冷静に考えて、日本は先進国の中でも非常に女性が活躍していない国だ。
昨年起こった東京医大の件は、世界に日本はそういう国であることを印象付けるものになってしまったことは間違いない。
いきがかり上始めた女性活躍の活動を推進するにつれ、そもそもやることが山積みであることと、日本で歴史上、人工的に作られてしまった男性社会では非常に困難が多いことを知りました。
やっと日本も本格的に取り組もうとしているので、今がチャンスなんだけど、身の回りからすでに大変。
これからの人生やりたい、やらなくてはならないテーマの一つには確実になります。
一番効果的にやるために何をすべきか。
よく見極めないとですね。
I accept that Japan is one of the worst country for women diversity.
It was sure that the case at Tokyo Medical University last year showed the evidence of it to the world.
Through the women council’ activities, I found that it is difficult even though in the world and that it is more difficult in Japan where men-domained society historically and artificially has been built.
Finally Japan seems to try it seriously and It isn’t be a chance but it is hard for me even where I am around.
Women diversity and inclusion must be one of the themes I want to do in my life from now on.
I have to think of how to do the most effectively.
