私がコンサルになったのは、人の話を聞いて、その人も気づいてない悩みに気づいて、解決をするのが好きだったからです。
加えて、企業の経営に興味があったからです。
企業の経営も人間がいろいろ考えて結論づけたアクションの結果なんですよね。
で、その二つを合わせたのがコンサルだったのです。
職業選びには間違いなく成功したと思います。
子育てとの両立が大変なのと、必ずしも理想とは違うタイプの仕事も多いのとで、若かりし頃はコンサルをやめようとしましたが、結局そのまま来ました。
今はコンサルするという方法だけではなく、悩みをゼロから聞いて、サポート方法を考えたりすることも多くなり、むしろ仕事の大半がそれになりました。
改めて文章におこすと、今やってる仕事はもともとやりたい仕事なんだなと思います。
とはいえ、いつ職種を変えるかわからない。
先のことはわからないからね。
むしろ人生100年時代だからここいらで変えるのもあとから振り返るといいのかもだけど。
One of the reasons why I because a consultant was that I liked listening to others’ speaking, find his or her issues which had not been identified by himself or herself, and solve them.
Another reason was that I was interested in managing company because company management was outcomes which people decided.
Therefore I selected a consultant.
I am sure that I succeeded in selecting my profession.
I had been supposed to quit the consultant because it was hard to balance between raising my children and keeping the consultant and I sometimes met unexpected type of job but I am still a consultant.
Currently most of my work is to listen to clients’ concerts and think about how to support them.
I found my current job is a job I wanted to do when I was young.
But I am not sure whether I will change my job or not.
I don’t know the future.
It might be better for me to change my job now in terms of my long life 100years.
