ちょうど新たな役割に変わってから1カ月が経過。
なんだかんだ言ってまだ前の担当のお客様へのご挨拶は続いているので、今でも業務内容でいうと半々かな。
とは言え、社内でのレポートは新しい役割のを求められるので、内容についてはほぼ問題なく把握済み。
そしてようやく新しいお客様のところにも行き始めました。
ありがたいのは、昨年までより範囲が全く変更となり広がったとはいえ、やる仕事内容が変わるわけではないので、昨年まで培ったスキルは使えます。
年初から宣言しているのは、私自身はみんながやっていないこと、うまくいかないことに積極的に関与していくこと。
うまくいってることに口を出すのは極力避ける。
お任せする。
ようやく実行に移せそう。
いろいろあるだろうけど、前向きにがんばろう。
I have spent as the new role for a month.
I am still visiting my previous clients and half of my tasks are filled with the previous role.
But I have to report as the new role and I have already grasped what I have to know in my new role.
Also I have just started visiting one of my new clients.
I am lucky enough to use my skills got in my previous role because my role has not been changed even though my clients have been changed and my coverage has been expanded.
I declared that I would proactively focus on the area where nobody tried or nobody succeeded in at the beginning of this year.
I will try not jumping into what others are doing well.
Finally I am prepared for taking actions.
I will do my best with positive thoughts even though there are many issues forward.
