新しい役割になって2週間。
先週わかったことは、前の役割よりグローバルミーティングが多いこと。
前の役割も結構多かったんだけど、さらに増えた気がします。
そしてコメントを求められることも増えました。
グローバルリーダーは今回もとてもいい人で、前のボスの昔のボスだった人です。
恵まれています。
昨年までの仕事の一部がまだ残り、大変ですが、少しずつやれてるかな。
I have spent two weeks after being the new role.
What I found last week was I have to attend more global meetings than before.
Until last year I had some global meetings but now more.
Also I have more opportunities to make some comments in the meetings.
A global leader is a good person as well.
He was my previous boss’s boss for many years.
I am very lucky.
I have some tasks for my previous role and I am busy but I could start the new role steadily.
