今の会社に中途入社して10年近く。
この間、昔のお客様にお会いした時、たくさんの方から、「まだ会社変わってないの？」と問われた。
すぐにほかに移ると思ってた人が多数だったようです。
しかもお客様に関わってた人で、私より前から今の会社にいた人もだいたい他に移ったし。
よく考えると奇跡に近い話。
私自身も長くいるであろうとは、入社したときは全く思ってなかった。
経営のお勉強のイメージだったしな。
場合によってはすぐに辞めたかもだし。
最初は苦労したのも事実。
その当時は辞めたかったけど、何もしないでやめるのもよくないと続けた。
そしたらいろいろな機会に恵まれ、ここまで来ました。
機会に恵まれ始めると今度は別の意味でやめるときがなく。
でも、最近は辞めはしないけど、また次のフェーズに入ったなと思います。
自分が何を成し遂げたいかを忘れずに、与えられた場所でうまく成長していきたいです。
まだまだ成長したいところがあるのですよね。
出世ではなく、世の中で戦えるスキルや経験を身につけたいのです。
忘れないようにしよう。
I have been working for my current company for almost ten years since I joined it.
Many people asked me if I hadn’t moved from it yet when I met with my first client.
Many of them thought that I would move soon.
Those who were related to the same client and worked for my current company before I joined it have been moved to the other companies.
It seeems almost a miracle.
I didn’t think I would spend long years in my current company when I joined it.
My main objective was to learn corporate management.
There were many possibilities to leave.
In fact I struggled with surviving for some years after joining.
At that time I wanted to leave but I didn’t want to leave without achieving nothing.
I would have some opportunities in some years and I didn’t have any chance to leave by different meanings.
Now I don’t leave but I got into the next phase.
I always want to remember what I want to achieve and grow up in given areas.
I want to grow up more.
I don’t want to focus on raising my position in my company but I want to acquire experiences and skills to be evaluated in the world.
