仕事で人探しをしていて、かなり難しい状況になっていた頃、やる気のある爽やかな若者が自ら志願してくれた！
たまたま、研修の懇親会のスピーチに行ったら、その人がいた。
その人はすでに候補になっていたけど、まだ決めきれない状況だった。
私は彼がいるのを知らずに、みんなの前で、今年の得意テーマ「挑戦と失敗」について話した。
自ら違うことにチャレンジしよう、挑戦すれば失敗もするかもしれないけど、私もそんなことを繰り返しながらクビにもならないどころか、いい仕事をいただきながらここまで来たよ。
みたいな話を。
その後、彼が私に直接話しかけてきて、「実は候補者です」と言い、少し話を。
彼はそこで私に偶然会ったこと、私の話の内容や振る舞いに共感できたことから、結局その後、志願してくれることに。
なんという縁なんだろう！
ありがたいです。
When I looked for candidates and was in a tough situation, an excellent and young man applied it.
When I went to make a speech for a learning course without any intention, he was there.
At that time he was one of the candidates but he couldn’t decide it yet.
I made a speech of challenge and failur which are my theme in front of the learners without knowing he was there.
I told them that they should challenge new things by themselves, sometimes might fail in them, and it is ok because I experienced them repeatedly being given many good opportunities.
After that he talked to me and let me know that he was a candidate.
We talked a little bit.
He would apply because he thought it was not an accident to meet me accidentally and he liked my speech and behavior.
How happy I am!
