社内で、アメリカから人事の偉い女性が訪日すると、女性エグゼクティブラウンドテーブルに呼んでいただけることがあります。
昨日もそんな機会があり、結論は、女性同士もっと助け合っていこうでした。
たとえば私は、私より若い世代を勇気付けたりする活動をしているけど、私たち自身はそういうのを受けてないよねという話に。
孤軍奮闘ではないけど、それに近い状態になってしまってないかということでした。
ということで、そのラウンドテーブルに出ていた日本人6人で早速お食事会を開催しようということに。
大先輩もいるので、楽しみです。
本当にいろんな縁に恵まれてうれしいです。
When a female executive from HR visits Japan from the US, I am sometimes called to a round table for female executives with her.
Yesterday I had such an opportunity and the conclusion was that women should help each other.
For example, I take actions to encourage younger women but we aren’t received such kinds of support.
They said female executives nearly struggle with everything alone.
Therefore 6 women who attended will have a dinner.
I look forward to hear the experience and knowledge of higher level women.
I am happy to meet various good relationships.
