Guido Coffa’s precious collection celebrates the strong bond with the local land: vertical wine tasting and excellent vintages for the most famous labels produced on Etna and in Sicily, enriched by a careful selection of wines made by local producers.
Thanks to Coffa’s great passion for champagne, especially biodynamic labels, you can find selections such as Fleury, Selosse, Pascal, Agraparte.
Wines from other regions of Italy and top-rated wine areas in the rest of the world complete the collection. These great wines are jealously preserved in the innovative wine cellar, an iron and glass structure recently built inside an old water cistern. You can visit the cellar in the company of our sommelier.
