「24/7」 は、
Twenty four sevenと読み、
例えば、
The restaurant is 24/7.
→そのレストランは24時間営業だ。
といった風に使います。
しかし歌詞や若者がSNSでこの言葉を使うときは
「いつも」というようなニュアンスで使われていることが多いように思います。
