Hoy por la noche había el entrenamiento del equipo y he participado.
Hoy primero hemos hecho la reunión y hemos visto el vídeo del partido para saber lo que podemos mejorar.
Y bueno en el entrenamiento primero hemos calentado con el rondo.
Y hemos jugado el partido entre nosotros.
Hoy hemos jugado en el medio campo para preparar en el partido y para usar bien el espacio.
Hemos podido jugar muy intenso y hemos podido trabajar bien.
Y último hemos corrido para terminar.

There was the team training in the evening and I participated.
Before the training we did team meeting to watch the match video to know what we can do better.
In the training first we warm up with rondo and we played the match between us.
Today we played in half pitch to use well a space and run more.
And last we ran also to be ready in next match.

夜にチーム練習があり、
参加しました。
今日は練習前にチームミーティングがあり、
試合のビデオを観ながら話し合いしました。
チーム全体的に修正するべきところはあるので、
しっかり話し合って直していきたいですね。
練習はまずアップしてから、
鳥かごをしました。
その後はずっとゲームをやり、
今日はハーフコートでやりました。
広いスペースの中でボールを失わないことと、
しっかり走り前からはめていく守備を意識しました。
最後はダッシュをいれて走り込みました！
