Buenas noches!!
Hoy había el entrenamiento del equipo y he participado.
Y bueno hoy hemos trabajado en el gimnasio y hemos hecho unos ejercicios de bicicleta y correr para preparar en el partido que tiene este fin de semana.
Y bueno ayer y anteayer también hubo el entrenamiento y trabajamos en el campo.
Trabajamos con el balón y también con unos ejercicios del físico con el balón.
Y bueno hoy después del entrenamiento hemos ido a la compra con mis amigos y para volver la casa hemos usado el autobús.
Primera vez que he usado el autobús en Mongolia y ha sido divertido.

お昼にチーム練習があり、
参加しました。
今日はジムでのトレーニングになり、
試合に向けて準備しました。
昨日と一昨日はピッチでトレーニングして、
ボールを使いながらもフィジカルもやり、
準備しました。
今日はジムの後に友達と買い物に行きましたが、
帰りに初めてバスを使いました。
モンゴルのバスに初めて乗りましたが、
かなり楽しくなり、料金もめちゃくちゃ安かったです！
今日は違いましたが、
混んでる時は結構ひどいらしいので、
また乗ってみたいですね。
