Theorem 7.3 (The local Torelli theorem)
K3曲面 X に対するthe Kuranishi family (Chapt I のTheorem 10.2)は，Xに対応するbase point のある近傍Sを取れば，Sの任意の点上のfiberに対するuniversal deformationとなっている．このbase space S は smooth であり，複素20次元である．
このfamilyのthe associated period map は，Sの各点でlocal analytic isomorphism である．
