Cambridge Dictionary では "an emotional or romantic connection between two people" と定義されています。
また LDOCE では"2 if there is chemistry between two people, they like each other and find each other attractive chemistry between (1,3省略) "と定義されています。
田邉先生が出されていた例文は、 “My chemistry with her is not good” でした。with や between と併せて使用するようです。加えて、３つの辞書からの定義によると「2人の人間の」相性に関してなので、使う際にはその点に気をつけたいと思います。（est）
