Oxford Languages は "a Monday on which one feels gloomy or dispirited, especially because one has to return to work after the weekend." と定義していますが，以下のように特に北半球では１月の3週目の月曜日が鬼門としています。
"(in the northern hemisphere) a Monday in January, typically the third Monday of the month, that is characterized as the most depressing day of the year."
私は土曜日は都内で教科書会議，日曜日は原稿校正でアップアップの状態ですが，それでも授業は待ってくれません。
気晴らしに学内散策したものの気晴らしにはなりません。来週の後半は学会で出張しますので，気の張る１週間になります。（UG）
