Pour honorer la deesse de l'Amour Physique, toutes les femmes sans exception devaient se prostituer une fois l'an dans les bois sacres qui entouraient les temples de la deesse.
Pour ne pas etre reconnues, les femmes de la haute societe prirent l'habitude de se voiler totalement. Et n'oubliez pas ceci :
Mustapha Kemal, alias Ataturk, 1er President de la Turquie, de 1923 a 1938, avait trouve la bonne astuce pour clouer le bec aux integristes de l'epoque.
Il avait mis un terme au port de la burqa, en faisant une loi toute simple :
"Avec effet immediat, toutes les femmes turques ont le droit de se vetir comme elles le desirent.
Toutefois toutes les prostituees doivent porter la burqa."
Des le lendemain, on ne voyait plus de burqa en Turquie.
Et c'est toujours en vigueur.
