でも私としては糖尿病に関しての直接聞いた証言を追加しなければなりません：私たちの庭師、６０歳、は糖尿病と診断されました。彼は沖縄に移住し毎朝ゴーヤ（果物）ジュースを飲み始めました。数か月の中に彼の糖尿病は治りました。

But I must add a firsthand testimony about diabetes: Our gardener, 60 years old, was diagnosed with diabetes. He moved to Okinawa and started drinking goya (a fruit) juice every morning, and within a few months his diabetes was cured.
