Maitreya RAEL's comment: After the abuse of the United Nations resolution that was supposed to protect civilians but was instead used to try to remove Kaddhafi in Libya and kill daily pro-Kaddhafi civilians, surely Russia and China will now forever block by veto any new resolution favorable to the west.They will surely say: if you adopt a new resolution stopping all aggression against Libya and all no fly zones,
then we may reconsider using our veto right in other votes. Until that resolution is passed, don't expect us to refrain from using our right to veto. And they are 100% right!
