I would like to deepen my research on hyperactivity, development and ADHD.
There is what is known as "wisdom fever".
This seems to generally occur in childhood.
However, I often have a fever even after becoming an adult.
It is not so much that I have a fever, but rather that I often have a high fever.
It tends to occur when I use my wits or brain.
However, I feel that this has an "excitatory effect" and
I feel that there is an "excitatory effect" in this, and that somehow a state of excitement is occurring inside me.
Excitement → heat up → exhaustion
This is called "excitement".
Calm down, stay calm, and concentrate.
When you get into this cycle, you will be much more productive.
I want to be like that, and I want to find such a habit.
In short
I want to change from being a short-distance runner to a long-distance runner.
I want to run 24 hours a day at a good pace and in good condition.
That's what I mean.
First of all, I need to calm down.
Anyway, calm down and hurry slowly.
Quiet concentration in calmness.
And then maintain the pace of that concentration.
