I had ※1“Oden” for the first time in a while before the event.
What is your favorite Oden ingredient?
Mine are:
Daikon radish, ※2konnyaku noodles, fried tofu.
※1“Oden＝a kind of hot pot dish with a seasoned and flavorful broth. Its main ingredients are boiled fish paste products.
※2konnyaku= known as devil’s tongue or Elephant foot. It is made out of konjac starch.
It’s getting cold. Oden helps me to relax.
