Coming back from the live concert, I took a bath with iris leaves, called ※Shobuyu.
My stiff shoulders got better…I think.
※Shobuyu=菖蒲湯 is also known as a sweet-flag bath. In Japan, we customary take a "sweet-flag bath on May 5, Children's Day. It is believed that bathwater heated with iris leaves pushes away the evil spirit.
