今日から6日連続で、私の選んだクリスマスナンバーをご紹介します。
まず初めは、クリスマスナンバーで一番人気の「The Cristmas Song」です。
この曲は、歌手、作曲家、編曲家、俳優、他多方面で活躍された、アメリカ出身のメル・トーメさんの作詞・作曲によるものです。
トーメさんは、1925年アメリカで生まれ、1999年に逝去されています。
享年73歳でした。
今回は、本家メル・トーメさんの歌声をお届けします。
