維新の会の吉村代表が「大阪副首都構想」と「社会保険改革」について新総裁に答責していたので、私なりに一般論として議論の叩き台を提供する事にしたい。

副首都構想については、私は首都機能移転先として国家機密レベルで措定されている立川市に住んでおり、関東平野が更地になる程の武力行使を具体的軍事戦略と外交でpreventしているので、例えば国会議事堂・赤坂御所が分子分解されても国家の機能性を代行できると認識している。

なぜ大阪なのか？という議論が言語化されていない大阪首都構想にはとりあえず賛成というわけにはいかないし、私案では東京が物理的に消滅するなどしたら大阪と名古屋と福岡と札幌に首都機能を分散させる軍事合理を適用すべきとも思える。

政治家ならば、主人公補正は政治的にはエゴを糊塗する毒に過ぎない(私見)という認識を持つべきだ。

社会保険改革については、遠山の政理の一「診察室の暴君」が医師のvital interestとして必要悪となっている事からくる業界の都合としての高給を全額国家に接収し医療費を現行の1〜3割程度に抑制していく構造に変えて健康保険制度を不要とし、医療従事者(介護士や看護師を含む)の収入及び国会議員の歳費について国民の平均年収の域を出ない額に調整し、そうして出来た財源を例えば私の「選挙供託金をマイナスにする」といった国民の政治の基礎教育に費消しあるいは再分配していくべきと考える。

コツは、全部政治化して政治的に解決可能にする事と事象を非政治化するスキルの組み合わせである。政治力とは説明力とメンテナンススキルであり(私見)、人間関係は政治象限をjail breakする事は不可能だからだ。

Regarding social insurance reform: Since the “tyrant in the examination room” described in Masashi Toyama's “The Tyrant in the Examination Room” has become a necessary evil as a vital interest for doctors, the high salaries resulting from industry convenience should be fully confiscated by the state. This would shift the structure to suppress medical costs to around 10-30% of current levels, rendering the health insurance system unnecessary. Income for medical professionals (including caregivers and nurses) and Diet members' salaries should be adjusted to fall within the range of the national average annual income. The resulting funds should be spent on, for example, my proposal to “make election deposits negative” – basic political education for the public – or redistributed.

The key lies in combining the skill of politicizing everything to make solutions politically feasible with the skill of depoliticizing phenomena. Political power is the ability to explain and maintain relationships (my personal view), because it is impossible to jailbreak the political quadrant of human relationships.
