全世界全ての軍事戦略に太和×起き名和の究極の軍縮政策の洗礼を受けてもらい、第三国連でその思考実験を管理する。

死にたい奴だけ死ぬ限定戦争(政策目的を達したら動員解除=ultima ratio regum王の剣の結界)のプロットとして、次の通常戦争を支配的に差配するために措定された琉球独立戦争への恋愛局面と投資戦略のリンケージを期待する。
