世界全極真が発足して４年。
スタート時は海外加盟国は3ヶ国程度だった。
海外からの加盟について３年前からお手伝いを
させて頂いているのだが、昨年25ヶ国まで
来た時に、コロナ次第ではあるが、
世界全極真メンバーが「世界」を感じる
イベントを何かやりたいと漠然と考えていた。

I had a vague idea that I wanted to do something with the event.
４年で28ヶ国(今年ベトナム、カナダ、イラン加盟)
世界的イベントなら世界大会、国際大会だが、
選手間の交流の前に国、地域を代表する
指導者間でまず交流し、結束出来れば
その下の指導員や選手にも拡がると思った。
そこで長谷川総師に相談、アドバイスを
頂き、改善を重ねること１年２ヶ月。
コンセプトは
大山総裁生誕100年、
命日の４月２６日にお墓参り
大山総裁と長谷川総師が修行した三峯で稽古
池袋総本部道場で国際昇段審査会
世界全極真 国際会議で近隣諸国と連携、
協力関係の構築
これらを世界中から集まった指導者達が
共通体験をして絆を深めることを目的とした。

The goal was to share experiences and deepen ties.
また、取り壊しの話しが絶えず聞こえて来る
極真会館総本部道場。時期を考えたら
2023年４月が最適と考えて企画、
準備を始めた。
告知すると予想以上の反響があり、ウクライナ
やロシアからも参加したいという連絡が来た。
しかしながら、「行く」＝「来る」ではない。
実際に本当に来るかどうかは飛行機に乗るまで
分からないのである。
変更、キャンセルは当たり前。
外国人を招聘する難しさはかつて4ヶ国を
招聘した時に経験済みだったが、今回は
その比では無かった。
本当はブラジルとネパールを入れて14ヶ国)
特にコロナ規制が緩んだとは言え、諸外国の
出入国はコロナ前とは違って厳しい。
今回は12ヶ国を招聘

このうち、ビザを取得しなければ日本に
来れない国はブラジル、チリ、インド、
インドネシア、パキスタン、イラン、
ダメ元でウクライナ
７ヶ国の大使館に招聘書、身元引受け保証書
招聘理由書、滞在予定表、団体の登記簿謄本
私の住民票や納税証明書、などを作成し、
提出。
大変だったのはインド、イラン、パキスタン
普通にこれだけ揃えれば大丈夫だろう…
が通じなかった。私の銀行残高や個人情報を
出せという国もあった。
書類だけで通らず、英語文書に作り直して
送ったり、大使館にメール、時に電話したり…
それが諸外国から来日し始めた日にやっと
ビザが取得出来た人達もいた。
大会では無いイベントに一体どれだけ集まる
のか？企画倒れに終わるのか？不安だったが
何はともあれ、
オーストラリア、ドイツ、フィンランド、チリ
ルーマニア、インド、インドネシア、中国
韓国、パキスタン、バングラデシュ、イラン
から30名が来日を果たした。

ブラジルはコロナ発症で不参加、
飛行機に乗り遅れ、
ホテルを予約したと聞いたのに
予約していなかった外人。
空港出迎えすっぽかし、
航空会社便名違いで迎えに行って一晩空港で
過ごしたり。
国際交流会が終わった日に来日する外人がいたり
トラブルをあげたらキリが無い。
しかしながら、
コロナ禍でどの国も、
大変だったにも関わらず、
日本に来てくれた。
空手が好きで
極真が好きで
三峯神社や本部道場に憧れて
本部道場の外で正座をして写真を撮る人がいたり
借りていない日ははいれないよ、と言っても
外回りを行き来して想いを馳せたり

改めて大山総裁の影響力、偉大さ
極真の素晴らしさを感じた。
そして参加者達の純粋な空手愛。
I felt the supreme splendor.
And the pure karate love of the participants.
企画者としては感無量。
運営者としては反省点あり。
ここ数ヶ月は苦しかったが、
終わって長谷川総師から労いの言葉
海外、国内の方々からお礼の言葉を頂いた事が
嬉しく、やって良かったと思いました。
