Hit my legs yesterday.
The last time I hit my legs was when I hit my 100kg PR last week.

I decided to go back into my program, so today I chose to do 80kg of 8 sets of 4 reps.
Despite the fact that I could do 100kg last week, today was not as easy as I thought it would be.
There were times when my form would break out, but I managed to hold on and complete the workout.

However, I am not sure about what weight I should work on next...should I go a bit heavier and go for 3 reps of 10 sets, or should I stick with the same weight and do 5 reps?
I need to think about this because of my back issues, and I do not want to go to far.
Working out needs to take time...

Anyways after my squats I did some leg extensions.
I enjoy this workout very much for some reason...I go very lightly and make sure I can focus on the contraction of my legs.
After that I did a few calf raises with the barbell.

My leg days are very short compared to other days, probably because how tired I get from the squats.
I would like to add more exercises in the future, but for now I will stick to these 3.

I am starting to enjoy hitting my legs...tomorrow is arm day!
