Today was arm day.
Unfortunately I had to cut it short because I was working out in between classes...either way I do not have much to do on arm day so it all went well.

I started off with my OHPs, doing 10 sets of 37.5kg.
This was a PR for me, and from now on the weights I work with for OHP should be PRs.

The 10 sets went fairly easier than I thought they would go.

Realizing I had spent too much time on my OHPs, I decided to do alternating dumbbell curls, along with some hammer curls to burn out my biceps.

As I had said before, I did not have much time today, so after those I could only fit in 2 sets of tricep pushbacks.

I personally do not want my arms to be TOO big, so I am not dissatisfied with my workout today.
