Yesterday was my back day.
Due to lower back issues, I cannot do any deadlifts, so I mainly focus on my lats.
I always start off with pull ups, to get my back warmed up.
Since I do not have any compound movements today, I focus more on stretching my back, instead of moving heavy weights.
Afterwards I went to lats pulls and lat pulldowns, along with some bar pushdowns to further wear out my lats.
In the end I went to shrugs.
I had learned a certain way to do shrugs in the past, but I asked another person yesterday as well to make sure of my form.
The trainer yesterday had given me a completely different exercise compared to what I had learned in the past, which was very interesting to me.
I have decided to do both workouts in the future.
I had also worked on my arms again, for I did not have much time the previous day to work enough.
