I thought it was unnecessary for me to write an update for I do not go to the gym on the weekends.
My current split is:
Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Back
Wednesday: Arms
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Chest
I hit my chest two times a week, so I did do my chest on Friday.
For some reason however, the weights had felt very heavy to me, possibly because of two reasons:
1. I had tried to hit a PR of 80kg, which may have worn me out.
2. I felt some tension in my back and shoulders, for I had hit them the day before.
These two issues had resulted me in doing 10 sets of 3 for 70kg, and it was very difficult (Although I completed it)
From now on I will only be posting on the days I lift!
