当連結会計年度の売上高は、スポット収入が好調なテレビ放送事業セグメントや音楽出版事業、イベント事業が好調なその他事業セグメント及びインターネット事業セグメントの増収などにより、3,240億5千6百万円（前期比＋5.2％）となり、売上原価、販売費及び一般管理費の合計が3,043億5千2百万円（同＋3.0％）となりました結果、営業利益は197億4百万円（同＋59.7％）、経常利益は285億3千3百万円（同＋43.2％）となりました。
Net sales for the fiscal year under review were 324,056 million yen (+5.2% year-on-year), mainly due to an increase in sales in the TV Broadcasting Business segment, where spot revenues were strong, the Music Publishing Business, the Other Business Segment, and the Internet Business Segment, resulting in a total of 304,352 million yen (+3.0% year-on-year). Operating income was 19,704 million yen (+59.7% year-on-year) and ordinary income was 28,533 million yen (+43.2% year-on-year).
また、特別利益において投資有価証券売却益を計上したことなどにより、親会社株主に帰属する当期純利益は、258億1千6百万円（同＋50.6％）となりました。
In addition, net income attributable to owners of parent was 25,816 million yen (+50.6% year-on-year) due to the recording of gains on the sale of investment securities as extraordinary income.

④その他事業 Other Businesses
音楽出版事業は所属アーティストの「ケツメイシ」がコンサートツアーを実施したことなどにより好調に推移しました。

イベント事業では、テレビ朝日開局65周年イベントとして、初開催となる「MUCA展」「The Performance」「EIGHT-JAM FES」「反田恭平日本ツアー2024」に加え、恒例の「徹子の部屋クラシック」や武道館で行った「徹子の部屋コンサート」、さらに過去最大となる5日間で開催した「テレビ朝日ドリームフェスティバル2024」といった、開局65周年を飾るに相応しい7つの大型イベントを企画・実施し、約25万人を動員するなど、ビジネス面でも大きく寄与しました。

また、今回で3回目の開催となった羽生結弦さんの単独公演「Yuzuru Hanyu ICE STORY 3rd 『~~Ecohes~~ Echoes of Life』」や番組連動として人気を博している「高嶋ちさ子のザワつく！音楽会 2024全国ツアー」「高嶋ちさ子のザワつく！昭和歌謡祭 2024」も好調でした。

そして「テレビ朝日・六本木ヒルズＳＵＭＭＥＲＳＴＡＴＩＯＮ」では、番組と連動したアトラクションやグルメ企画、音楽ライブを37日間にわたって開催し、記録的な猛暑中でも多数の来場客でにぎわいました。
