仙台市ゆかりのフィギュアスケーターによるアイスショー、仙台市ゆかりのフィギュアスケーターによるジュニア選手へのスキル指導を行う
An ice show by (a) figure skater(s) related to Sendai City, and skill instruction to junior skaters by (a) figure skater(s) related to Sendai City.

偏見じゃなく普遍的にこの言葉から想像されるのは

オリンピック2連覇のあのお方でしょ？

仙台を拠点に活動をされている羽生結弦さんの華麗なアイスショーなどの実現を身近に感じていただけることになるのではないかと
またより高いレベルでの競技を目指す方々にとっても練習環境が充実することに資する
I believe (the re-opening of the Arena) it will be an opportunity for citizens to feel close to the realisation of a brilliant ice show by Hanyu Yuzuru-san who is based in Sendai and other events.
At the same time, it will serve skaters aiming at participation of competitions to develop their skills.

ア）出演するスケーターについては発注者が調整し、受託者に共有する。
イ）アイスショーについては、入場料を有料とする。
ウ）スケートリンクのサイズは、60 ｍ× 30 ｍを使用することとし、入場チケットを販売する観客席数は、 2,500 席とする。
エ）スキル指導は参加無料とし、参加者は 発注者 及び宮城県スケート連盟が調整する。
オ）看板・サインは、日英中３か国語表記とすること。
ア）The performing skater(s) shall be coordinated by the client and the information shall be shared with the trustee.
イ）The ice show will be paid.
ウ）The size of the ice rink shall be 30mx30m, and the number of seats for paid audience shall be 2,500 seats.
エ）Participation in the skill instruction will be fee of charge, and participants will be coordinated by the client and the Miyagi Skating Federation.
オ）Sing boards and indication shall be written in three languages: Japanese, English and Chinese.
