Today, a bit about Sarah's personal impression on

MEGALOVANIA and The Darkness of Eternity.

いつものことだけど・・・・

結弦君の演技はもう演じている状態じゃないんだよね
ダンサーさんたちが「憑依」って言っていたけど
その曲が始まる直前に結弦君は結弦君じゃなくなる
だからさぁ観る側はそこに広がる世界にあっという間に引き込まれる
Yuzu’s performances are no longer in a state of “perform”, but as many dancers said “possession”
Just before the music starts, Yuzu is already not “Yuzu” anymore.
So that audience are immediately invited to a world “Hanyu Yuzuru” unfolds on the ice.

MEGALO君映像の中で戦っていたゲームの戦士だって
演じているなんて到底思えない
本当に落ちてくる岩と戦う戦士なんだよね
そして氷上でライトが結弦君を照らした時には
やっぱりそこにいるのは結弦君じゃない
ほねほねビームと命を懸けて戦う戦士！

クジャさまはゲーム愛好家の皆さまのおかげで
死を覚悟した瀕死の戦士なんだって知ったけど
そう・・・あの真っ赤な氷上のクジャさまも
6連の時からすでに命を懸けた世界に誘っていた
アマチュア時代のあのドキドキする感覚を思い出して
観る側もアドレナリンに包まれているって思っていたけど
実は当時の勝負をかけた緊張感よりももっと切羽詰まった
命を懸けた緊張感！
「勝つか負けるか」じゃなくって「生きるか死ぬか」
And we learnt from many game lovers that Trance Kuja is a dying warrior who has determined to die.
Kujo on the ice too, he already invited us to the world of risks of his life, even during the 6-min warmup.
While watching the 6-min warmup, of course we recall past days where Yuzu was working terribly hard to win a competition.
Such a mood makes us feel so excited and thrilled but this time Sarah felt that the mood Yuzu created there was much and much more desperate,
Yeah, the world was not “win or lose” but “live or die”.

この演目だけはなぜか「羽生結弦」自身の声で
「羽生結弦　破滅への使者」というアナウンスが入る
勿論試合の雰囲気を出す演出もあるだろうけど
でもそれだけだったらこれまでのようにアナウンサーの声の方がよりリアル
あの声が結弦君だったのは
あくまで「単独」「ソロ」を意識しつつ
勝敗じゃない命を懸けた戦いなんだ！って
ケツイ表明だったのかも・・・・
Only “The Darkness of Eternity” has a competition-like announcement introducing the skater’s and programme names.
If he just wanted to create a world of a competition, then like other shows, it would be done by an announcer, but this time the announcement was done by Yuzu himself.
Maybe, focusing on “Solo” show, but probably using the recorded Yuzu’s voice

おげんさんちでの最後の話題にもあったけど
目指す相手がいる時は自分が進むべき道が見えるけど
自分の前に誰もいない自らが切り開く世界には
目指す姿は見えない
その見えない真っ暗闇で自分の姿をその先に自ら描き出す
そうなるとねなんたって宇宙一貪欲な羽生結弦よ
当然そこに描く姿はとんでもない理想の「羽生結弦」なわけよね
そのとんでもない理想と戦う現実の「羽生結弦」
これは怪物vs化け物状態でしょ？
命削ってもという気持ちになるわさ！
Ogen-san said that when you can make image of your future it means you have someone admire in your mind but when you are a pioneer, you can’t even make such an image, since you have to create a new world.
Yeah, in the darkness, Yuzu is making his own way all by himself,
all what he is aiming at is his ideal goal.
We know how greedy Yuzu is, oh, the greediest guy in the universe when he draw his ideal goal, gosh, it should be amazingly difficult goal.
Yeah, Yuzu creates the highest barrier and at the same time tries to break that barrier all by himself.

他の世界の感想もなんかちょっとずつ言葉になってきている気もしつつ
でも・・・表現力のないサラ
またちょっとずつ突然こんな話題になるかもですが・・・
とにかくねやっぱり凄いのよね
と結局「凄い」といういつもの言葉に戻ってしまうわけだけど
