Hope Yuzu practices as he used to！
昨日、更新の時に出会ってとりあえず欄外に張り付けた記事だけど、ラジオも聴けるので。
結弦君に関わる取材・報道の話題は10分から。
（抜粋を下にいれた。）
In the radio, an former NHK announcer mentioned whether exposing his privacy was not necessary clearly.
羽生結弦さんは離婚の理由として、許可のない取材、報道を挙げています。
表現の自由というものは、この社会が維持されるうえではとても大切なものだと思います。
しかし、無制限に表現の自由が与えられるかというと、そうではありません。
Hanyu Yuzuru-san cited unauthorised interviews and reporting as the reason for his divorce.
I believe that freedom of expression is extremely important for maintaining the society.
However, it does not mean that unlimited freedom of expression is given.
例えば、大きな権力を持った人物がプライベートで不法な行為をしているケースを考えてみてください。
この場合、不法行為を暴くのは、その人物にプライバシーがあっても、私たちがどういう人格の人物に大きな権力を与えているのかという情報を共有することになりますから、これは必要なことであり、公益性があると思っています。
しかし、羽生さん本人が伏せておきたいと考えているプライバシーを暴く行為が果たして社会がより良きものになることにつながるのかと考えると、私は今回のケースでは取材、報道に公益性があったとは思えないです。
For example, just imagine a case when a person with great power commits an illegal act in his/her private life.
In this case, I think that exposing the illegal act is necessary and legal public interest, even that person also has privacy, since it’s a information sharing among people who give such power to the person.
But in case of Hanyu-san, when I think about whether exposing his privacy which he didn’t want to share, really lead to a better society, I don’t think there was any public interest in the interviews and reporting
こちらは↓記者会見すればよかったって声に対して、しなかったことの正当性を分かりやすく説明してくれてる。
There are some people saying Yuzu should have hold a press conference but
in the artile below, it clearly explained whether it was necessary or not.
And also it explained then in what kind of cases a press conference is required, using three cases, first one is Yuzu's case, second one is a case which a married actor had an affair, and third case is members of Parliament posted photos she enjoyed free time while she was in an official trip to Paris.
In case of Yuzu, since there were some matters he didn't want to explain so that Yuzu's dicision was fine.
But the actor's case, although having an affair is not illegal but there's an moral issues, then the third case, the members have votors, so that later two cases, explaining in front of media is necessary.
芸能人からなんか、え？違うでしょ？って発言が結構あったけど、
ロザンさんたちこそTVでこういうこと言ってほしかったなぁ。
上の2つの記事の内容をめっちゃ分かりやすく話してくれている。
The videos are in Japanese though, they are comedians but
what they are talking about are quite normal, and they are also very angry about
media which interviewed and reports Yuzu's related people unfairly, and also
some comments by TV personalities, such as Yuzu should have a press conference or
he shoud have disclose about his partoner.
And also they explained why his privacy should be protected.

「その先の人生を変えてしまうことがある、そんなことしていいのか？」って
既に言ってくれていて、そうなってしまったのが、、、本当に悔しい。
They are also uploaded a video a couple weeks ago.
This video is not only focusing on Yuzu but
they mentioned that reporting about his parter is really invasion of privacy
among some cases they believe unjust cases by media.
They even said that such reports can even change
a person's life, and unfortunately it happened to Yuzu, , ,
そして一昨日から話題にさせてもらっているDaiGOさんの動画
昨日のマスゴミの手口の話題が記事にもなっていたので。
週末はなんか的外れなことばっかりって、色んな報道に怒っていたけど
流石にまともな意見がやっと出始めてくれたような気がする。
この流れが大きな流れになって
もう取り返しはつかないけど、でもせめて謝罪とかになってくれて
そして、今後結弦君に付きまとったりしないようになることを願っている、、、
どうか、どうか、そうなりますように。
でも、あちらは止まらないみたい、どこまでも非道な道を進み続けている！！
本当にDaiGoさんがおっしゃるように数百万の慰謝料覚悟でその何百倍も儲けようって魂胆だよね、酷すぎる。
私たちができることって酷い雑誌・新聞を買わない、読まない、通報する程度だけど
こうして広く多くの方の目に留まる形で正論を言ってくださる方がどんどん増えて欲しい。
神様、お願い、結弦君にスケートに集中できる健全な環境を！！！
Yet, some gossip media are release more and more of terrible articles,
although it's not yet the main stream, however, such 'normal' views are coming up.
Hope this stream will spread to many people and, well, although it's too late no one can change the sad fact of Yuzu, however at least, hope those who concerned will apologise Yuzu and they will never stalk Yuzu any more.
All what we can are not to buy such gossip magazines or newpapers, not to access their web articles or if possible reporting, that much only we can do.
So that hoping more and more people who can spread their views widely will report the right views to public more and more.
GOD, please, please let Yuzu have healthy environment！！！
