なんかふとプロローグの最後に結弦君が言った
「始まりは終わりの始まり、終わりは始まりの始まり」って言葉が返ってくるね。
1つ満了は、次の始まり。
そんなことも思わせてくれるような東和さんからの動画発表にも思えちゃった。
（ま、東和さんとはもうとっくに「始まり」があったけどね）

Our company’s fundamental concept on medicine is to produce medicine with high reliability and safety.
For it, the production control and quality control are basic requirement.
By the way, what is the fundamental concept of your skating?
Yuzu：やっぱりスケートを見ていてちゃんとスケートしているかどうかというところは、やっぱ基本中の基本ですね。
やっぱり止まってばっかりではだめですし、ま、止まるということもかなり難しい技術ではあるですけれども、どれだけきれいに滑っていられるか、どれだけ滑らかにそして軽やかに滑っていられるかというのが自分中で大切にしている基本です。
When it was observed, whether I’m skating properly or not is the most fundamental.
Remaining one position is not good, stopping is also required high skills though, however how beautifully skating or smoothly and lightly skating is the most focusing issue for myself.
社長とお話しさせていただいている間に、昔どうやって作っていたんだろうという疑問が結構出てきて。
今、かなり最先端のことをやってらっしゃって、この時代だからこそできる製剤があるんだなと改め感じていました。
Whiling talking with you, President, I started wondering how you produced in the past.
Now you are using the cutting-edge technology, and I understand because of this era, you have such methods of production.
27 years since I became the president, comparing the production in 27 years ago and today’s, totally, everything has changed.
Formerly, productions were mostly done by manual operation.
You have observed the producing process of ampoules, originally, the inspections of those were done by workers’ sight, shifting products were also manual, then gradually we have converted manual operations to mechanised system, and started using robots.
Considering the safety of workers, together with evolution of production methods, the working environment has also evolved.
確かにロボットが作るっていうことに対しての怖さみたいなものを持って方々もいらっしゃると思うんですけど、同時にそれがあるからこそここの工場の方々も安心で守られていくというものに凄く好循環があるんだなと感じていました。
人間が見ているからこそ安心というものを担保されているんですね。
I think there may be some who feel unsecure about products made by robots, however, at the same time because of automated production, workers are protected safely, I felt it’s a favourable circulation.
Because workers are checking, the safety is secured, correct?
Yes.
