もう、思っていたよりも1207倍も素敵な番組だった・・けど、
素敵すぎてあっという間だった～～
で、やっぱり、練習中の結弦君って・・・・あああああ！めっちゃ素敵！
素敵すぎて、ついつい練習シーンばっかりリピートしちゃっている。
それにしてもとんでもない鬼だね！👹！鬼！鬼👹だよ！
最高にかっこいい鬼天使ちゃん！！！
（NHKさん、思い切って結弦君の練習まるっとぜ～んぶ放送してみません？←って、提案というより要求でしょ？はい！そうです！😁）
“Switch Interview” was one of the best TV programmes！！
It was so good, so time past so fast.
And they showed us Yuzu’s practice, oh, thanks so much, NHK.
Yeah, when Yuzu is on the ice, especially, practicing, he’s so cool and awesome.
And so strict, yeah, truly Yuzu is a drill sergeant, somewhat fanatic?
Hope NHK will show us whole of his practice. . . someday. . . . 😁

がっつり見て、録画も・・・だとは思うけどこちらでも見れるよ。
「人間って本当に全力で出せるエネルギーって5秒が限界・・だなぁと思うんですね。」
「アップからだんだんと作り上げていくとは言え、あれだけの長時間、これはもうとてつもない人だな。」
でも、練習でもそうだけど、本番でも本当に結弦君の精神力って凄いよね。
特に単独公演って、本当にどんな精神力、集中力なのか想像さえできない凄さだもの。
Domoto “Human can exert whole energy, maybe the duration of 5 seconds would be the limit, I guess.”
“Although you started with the warming up, however, for such a long time, you practiced, I thought you are out of this world.”
Yeah, not only practice but also during a show too, Yuzu’s mental strength is amazing.
Especially, for a solo show, how can he maintain his mind’s power and capacity to concentrate, really amazing, yeah, out of this world.
なんか、条件が整っていないと放送されたような練習をしないという話題は、めっちゃ興味深かった。
そっかぁ、絶対に悪い経験を重ねないようにって、練習って体を鍛えるだけじゃなく同時にメンタル的な部分を常に大切にしているんだって、ちょっとびっくりだった。
なんかぁ、調子悪い時はこんなんじゃだめだってついついめちゃくちゃ頑張りそうな気がするけど、それをやったらトラウマにもなっちゃうんだね。
ってか、本当に練習にしても凄い論理的、合理的（いい意味でよ、勿論！）効率的に成果を上げられることを計算、分析、実践しているんだね・・・。
ただがむしゃらにやっても「羽生結弦」を磨くことはできない！！
And Yuzu said when his condition is not good enough, he doesn’t do concentrated practice like the one he showed this time.
It was interesting.
Yuzu added when his condition is not good enough, then hard training would not work for him well, but rather it would give him negative mind, or even he would start having trauma, so that before Domoto visited the ice rink, he was told that there would be a chance Yuzu will stop practicing soon or even cancel his practice.
Practice is not only for training physically but mental situation would be also very important, it was interesting.
And Yuzu’s practice must be very efficient, effective and logical.
あのさぁ、練習風景が続いて、ふと堂本さんのアップが映った時、なんだろ、なんかね、サラ、涙がじょわぁ～って。
なんかさぁ、すっごい真剣に見てくれているって感じだし、何だろ、なんか「愛」？？？あはは、なんかお兄ちゃんが弟が頑張っている姿を[すっげぇ～」って誇らしげに、でも「おいおい、そんなに頑張って・・・」ってちょっと心配しながら見ているような雰囲気？
While Yuzu was practicing, the camera showed Domoto watching Yuzu, oh, his eyes are so nice, somewhat, well, no reason though, looking at Domoto’s eyes, Sarah was almost tearing. . .
Well, his eyes are full of “love”??? well, just like an elder brother was watching his younger brother working hard. . .
堂本さんのことあんまり知らないんだけど、凄い素敵な人だなぁってふと思った。えへへ。
けっこう笑顔がたくさんの会話だったけど、凄い真剣で内容の濃い会話だったよね。
それにしてもお話ししている時の結弦君、すっごくいいお顔だったよね。
あ、素敵なのはいつもなんだけど、なんだろ、なんかすごく輝いていたというか
いつも以上にいい～お顔で話しているように見えたわ。
結弦君、「徹底的に」信頼しているのかな、堂本さんのこと。
徹底的に美しかった！
Sarah had no idea what kind of a person Domoto is, however through just 30-min TV programme, now oh, he’s such a lovely guy.
And although they were talking with lots smiles, however they talked so sincerely and deeply.
And while talking, oh, Yuzu looked so relaxed and comfortable.
Yuzu must feel completely free to talk with Domoto.

で、話題はまだまだ続いて、疲れて限界の中の美しさとかね、もう、とにかくす～っごいいいお話が続いたよね。
なんだけど、ちょっとサラもそろそろ限界？ってか、集中させてもらえないつらい状況でありまして、ということでちょっと野暮用に戻って、続きはぼちぼちとやって行こうかと・・・
あ、そんなこと言っているとまた突然結弦インパクト投下されちゃってアップアップ状態になりそうだけど・・・。
Well, lots to talk about the programme though, gosh, Sarah gatta go . . . well, her daily routine. . . however, maybe little by little though, let’s review the programme later, just worry, Yuzu may not let us have time. . . though. . .
