あるフィギュア関係者は「羽生選手のアイスショーを行った際、チケットの販売方法でファンが困惑していたことがあった。その様子を知った羽生選手サイドから『改善した方がいいのでは？』と提案があった」と証言。自身の演技に集中したい状況でも、ファンのことを考えて行動していたのだ。

A person involved in Figure Skating said; "Once when Hanyu-senshu's ice show was held, there was a trouble that fans were confused how to get the tickets. Learning the situation, Team of Hanyu-senshu advised, 'it may be better to improve it.'” Although he might want to concentrate himself for his programmes, but he moved considering his fans.

常に気配りの心を持ち続ける羽生。リンク外での振る舞いも、多くの人を引きつける要因だ。
