The left lady is the fortune teller, she's using "Mayan calendar" to read fortune, although she mentione many word Sarah can't understand, however:

Also she told that last year, it was the best timing for him to dicided something very important and he did, and this year, his symbols are telling that his decision brings him to an area what he dreamed, doing so, he makes people around happy and grateful, yes, with PROLOGUE, GIFT and notte stellata, Yuzu has been really making us feel ultimate happy.
