昨日は、ピンクのサクラちゃんたち。
今日は、おうちの白いさくらちゃん。
Yesterday's Sakura was pink colour,
Today, our Sakura which got whitish colour.
裏のソメイヨシノ並木、まだまだ、つぼみ固し。
この辺は「厳冬」がないから、ソメイヨシノの開花はやたら遅いの。
Famous Someiyoshino Sakura trees behind our house
their flower season is a bit late.
Someiyoshino start blooming earlier
when they got very chilly days in Winter,
but here the temperature doesn't go down so much,
so, blooming season here is a bit later than other Tokyo or other places around.
蕾は、ピンク色なんだけど、
花開くと、真っ白な花びら・・・。
Buds got pinkish colour though
potals are pure white.
こうして、鳥さんたちが受粉してくれて
ちっちゃいけどおいしいサクランボができるんだけどね・・・
ほとんど鳥さんたちに食べられちゃう。
Thanks birds, a couple weeks later
it got many cherry fruit.
But then birds eat most of them. . .
