結弦君の王様のジャンプ Yuzu, jumped the king of jumps

昨日は、もう、北京オリンピック、最後の結弦君のスケートって思ったら、なんかね、すっごい、複雑な気持ちになって・・・・

そこへ・・・この結弦君のお顔が登場でしょ。

もうさあ、なんか、またまた、涙腺崩壊状態で春の妖精さんを見ていたんだけど・・・・。

Before the exhibition, well, oh, Yuzu's Beijing would end soon, thinking such, feeling a bit bitter, then,

suddenly, just before the exhibition start, the live TV showed a special, Yuzu was invited to hear a message from Mr. Tsuzhuki, a coach who trained Yuzu when he was a little boy.

都築先生：よくやったとほめてやりたいと思います。
努力は報われないと言ったけど、いや、とんでもない、ものすごく報われて、
こんな報われた方したスケーターどこにいるんだと。

Mr. Tsuzuki: I want to praise him, he worked really hard.
He said his efforts didn’t bear fruit, oh no, he got good fruit really
no other skater can get rewarded like this.

なんかさぁ、誰に褒められるよりも、一番うれしい人なんじゃないかな、

都築先生って結弦君にとって。

都築先生も、なんともとっても誇らしげだよね。

練習している姿を多分見てはいないだろうけど、どんな思いで、どれほどハードな練習を続けていたか、きっと一番よくわかっていたんじゃないかしら。

都築先生のこの言葉で、結弦君、きっと「報われた」ってほっとしたんじゃないかって・・・

なんか、色んなこと考えちゃったのよね。

（あ、余計な話題だけど、テレ東、素敵。結弦君のお顔がアップになると文字を消してくれていて！）

Well, since Mr. Tsuzuki told that Axel is the king of jumps, that why Yuzu worked so hard for his axel, when Yuzu heard that Mr. Tsuzuki's prise, Yuzu must be relieved and happy.

Mr. Tsuzuki must know how hard Yuzu worked for his 4A best, maybe. . .

都築先生：ゆづの挑戦は無駄ではなかったよ。
本当によく成長してくれましたね。感謝してます。
頑張れ、結弦。

まぁでも、たぶん都築先生は、一番、僕が泣き虫なことも知っているし、

一番、人よりも感情強くて、すぐ怒ったり、

すぐ泣いたり、悲しくなったり、悔しがってまた練習したりというのを

知っている人だと思うので。

危ない、涙がこぼれ

でも、ま、ボクのアクセルは見せれたと思うので。

ボクのアクセルというものを本当の意味で、形作ってくれたのは、都築先生でしたし。

他のスケーティングだったり、そういった基礎も、

本当の基礎も、一番大切なところを叩き込んでくれたのは、

都築先生なので。

Probably, Mr. Tzuzuki knows well that I’m sentimental.

He knows that I’m the most emotional, easy to get angry, easy to cry, easy to be sad, easy to get irritated and work hard again.

Gosh, almost tearing . . .

Anyway, I think I was able to showcase my Axel.

Mr. Tsuzuki is the person who created my Axle, truly.

And my skating and the foundation of my skating, really basic part of them,

the most important parts, Mr. Tzuzuki is the teacher who taught me all these.

and even now, I follow his teachings.

一番大事なこと、気づかせてくれてのが都築先生かもしれないけど、なんかね、きっと、もともと、

結弦君は、本当に本物のフィギュアスケートを小さい時から追い求めていたんじゃないかって思うの。

そこに、そんな結弦君の貪欲な想いをしっかりと後押ししてくれる先生を送ってくれたんじゃないかって・・・勝手に思うんだけどね。

However, Yuzu himself, even when he was very little, already the little boy just wanted to learn "genuine" Figure Skating.

So that the GOD gave Yuzu the oppotunity to learn from Mr. Tsuzuki, Sarah feel so. .

そして、夜に・・・・

なんか、都築先生との対面、2回あったのね。今度はTBSの総集編で・・・。

Then after the exhibition, in the different TV, Yuzu again met Mr. Tsuzuki.

やばいやばい！「続き先生」になっている・・・💦

ごめんなさい、「都築先生」！

本当に「世界の王様」になりましたね、結弦。

Now you became “the king of the world”.

正直、自分が信じてきた道のりが、はたしてそれが、

努力が結果として実ったかどうか、分かんないですけど、うん、でも・・
都築先生のおかげで、

僕はこうやってフィギュアスケートというものをこの形で、

自分のスタイルでできてますし、本当にここまで作ってくださって、

ありがとうございますって言葉をすごく思っています。
Actually, the road I took with my creed,
I don’t know whether my efforts bear any result or not,
however, owe to Tsuzuki, I can keep Figure Skating, keep doing my style of skating.
So, really, I thank to him developing me in this way.
