いやいや、めっちゃ素敵なので、また張り付けちゃいましたよ！

Oh, so cool so again post it here!

ということで（どうゆうこと？）

既にS Park結弦君部分フルの動画を夕べアップしたけど、

必死こいて、また英語字幕入りを作ったので、

それと一緒に結弦君の部分の文字起こしを。

And couldn't manage time so a bit took time though,

somehow upload a video of S Park, Yuzu part with English subtitle.

And let's see a bit a scene by scene too.

なんかね、素敵な番組だったけどね、それに、きっと内村さんの言葉、結弦君、めっちゃ真剣に聞いたよねって、あの3人のスペシャリストの放送の後に言っていた通り、やっぱり結弦君は学びを得ていたんだよね、内村さんから！！！ってめっちゃ感動したけどさぁ・・・

ちょっと、最初に愚痴っていい？

Well, it was an informative and whatever, knowing Yuzu got a clue from Uchimura's idea, it's really good. however, Sarah would like to complain!!!

これよ！

あのさぁ、前回の番組、結弦君の4Aがテーマじゃない、一言結弦君に連絡があってしかるべきじゃない？

放送を偶然結弦君は見たって感じよね。

しかもね、こんな内容ですってちらっとでも、番組内容を知らせてくれていたら、結弦君、あのひねりのヒントをもっと早く得ていたわけじゃない。（三人のの収録がいつだったかわからないけど、放送日より前ってことは確かじゃない。）

一日でも早く情報を得ていたら、より効果的だったはずなのに。

なんかさぁいい話を聞いた、パチパチパチ！視聴率とれるな！

で、よろこんでいる間に結弦君に知らせてくれたっていいじゃん！

In the interview, Yuzu said he got the clue from Uchimura's advice,

when he was watching the programme on TV.

You know the previous special programme in which three specialists talked about Yuzu's 4A, when they inform Yuzu about the programme, and what Uchimura said before its on-air, Yuzu ccould get the clue much earlier.

It's so mean!!!

思わず愚痴で始まったけど、結弦君の言葉、振り返りましょう。

Anyway, let's see again what Yuzu said. . .

本当にひたすら暗闇を歩いているだけなんです。
だから、毎回、頭打って、脳しんとうで倒れて、

死んじゃうんじゃないかとかって思いながら、練習はしてました。
Really, just I am walking through the darkness.
So, every time, I practice feeling

I may be killed by concussion, hitting my head on the ice.

あ・・・怠け者なので、ナレーションはパス！

だけど、最初の頃に、4Aをただ挑戦したんじゃなく、

そんなすんごいジャンプにも結弦君は絶対にこだわりを忘れていないって

はっきり言ってくれて、うれしかったよね～～！

Oh, too lazy, so only Yuzu's words would be reviewed here though,

however, the narration told about Yuzu's first attempt of 4A in the competition,

she mentioned clearly this!

It's really good!!!

The Quad Axel, its approach showed Hanyu’s pride;

with a minimum approach run, but with skilful steps.

今回、よかった点に関しては、これ、ちゃんとこっち側に落ちてるんですよ。
で、身体、回ってるんですよ。間違いなく。
ま、着氷時に、身体はちゃんと前に回しきれているんですよ。
だから、まぁ、イメージはできている。
イメージに対しての身体の使い方はできている。
Good thing is, I’m stepping down on this side, and,
My body is facing forward, turned fully.
So I have the image, and could move my boy according to my image.

「ひねる」って情報を僕自身手に入れたのが、放送時なので。
I got notice of “twisting” from the programme.

これさぁ、結弦君、何度か言って

って訴えいるよね！

Yuzu mentioned that he got the clue from on air some times.

Yeah, Yuzu must want to tell them

"Why did you tell me much faster?"

Three specialist talk about Hanyu's 4A.

内村さんが言っていたのは、ここ、ここだと思うんですよね。
肩の角度と、足の角度と、それが、まぁ一緒すぎる、きれいすぎる。
あの後、内村さんの映像見て、ひねりを見ているうちに
やっぱ、上半身早いなって思ったんです。上半身始動。。。
僕に関して言わせていただくと、アクセルってある程度こうじゃなきゃだめなんです。
これが崩れちゃうと、軸が多分取れない。
あと、そもそも蹴れないんですよ、エッジで。
I think Uchimura was talking about here, this stage.
The angle of my shoulders and leg is exactly the same, cleanly synchronised.
After the programme, I watched Uchimura’s performances, his twists,
yeah, I found his upper body moves faster, from the upper body he twists.
However, regarding my case, Axel, it should be somehow this way,
when it’s not this way, then hard to fix the axis.
And before it, with a blade, can’t jump up.

なんかぁ、体操と違うもんねって思いながら前の放送は見ていたけど、

レモンパイさん、やっぱり、おっしゃる通り、しっかと結弦君は学びを得ていたね！

Well, thought it's impossible to apply Ghymnastic skill for Figure Skating,

but, oh, there's no "impossible" for Yuzu,

he make it as "I'm possible"!

（やばい！やばい！めっちゃかっけぇ～！

Oh, so cool!!!)

ただ、ひねるって情報を僕自身手に入れたのが、放送時なので、まだ、つかみ切れていない。
でも、その軸が作れている状態をもっと確実にできるようになったときに、さらに回転つけるのにどうしたらいいかと言ったら、やっぱり初期の回転が必要なんですね
で、その初期の回転のアクセルのところが、たぶん、ここの肩の位置なんです。
で、その肩の位置に関しては、調子いい時の陸上ではちょっとできる。
I just got this clue of “twisting” from the programme,
yet, I can’t make it my own though
but, when I’d be able to control my axis much more properly and confidentially,
how to make the rotation speed faster,
yes, much faster initiative speed must be required, even for Axel,
hence, this shoulder position must be this point.
And with the shoulder position (Uchimura advised), I can somehow jump on the floor, (off-ice practice) sometimes.

正直、まだ氷上では使えていないです。
だから、あんまり改善はしてないです。
ですけど、陸上でやった時に、本当に調子よければできますね。
1回、2回ぐらい試せたんですけどね。
グンッてなる感じはちょっとだけしたので、使えるんじゃないかなって思ってますね。
Actually, yet, I can use this skill on the ice, so not any actual improvement on the ice yet.
On the floor, when I’m in good condition, I can manage the advised way.
Just a couple times I managed,
I felt “zoom” a bit, so I think it’d be applied to my skill.

そんな、「羽生にしかできない」って言われたら、僕がやるしかないじゃないですか。
見せたいじゃないですか、本当にそうだよって。
それを裏切りたくはないんですよね。
やっぱ、皆さんの想いこそが、今の自分の原動力です。
When he said “Only Hanyu can” then, I myself is the one who accomplish it.
Yes, I’d like to prove it, “yes, you are right”.
I don’t want to disappoint his expectation.
Since now, people’s thoughts, expectations are the motivation of mine.
