先日来、武神さま、昨シーズンとどれほど違うんだろうって考えていて。
感覚的にも確かになんか進化しているというか、さらに壮大になった感じはあるけど・・なんで？って思いながら、見比べていて、夕べちらっと書いたように、ジャンプのタイミングが微妙に変わっていることがかなり気になりつつ、やっぱり思いっきりのめり込んだのが、暮れからはまり込んでいるあの刀ポーズのところ。
今日はあの刀ポーズからの結弦君の分子レベル妄想です。
Since the day Yuzu showcased Ten To 10 days ago, wondering how Yuzu developed the programme, since although using the same music, it gave a different mood, well, more elegant and gorgeous, somewhat holy!
But why? how? thinking such, Sarah compared two programmes of those in 2020 and 2021. There are some parts Sarah would like to focus, however, the most interesting part is that break part, where Yuzu showed a sword (not sure but Sarah believes so).
暮れには、刀を眺める（？）ポーズにはまり込んでいたんだけど、これってさ、
なんたって羽生結弦だからね、絶対に意味があるはずよ。
（その前に、刀ポーズはかってに思い込んでいるというか、勝手にそう見えて、勝手に名付けているだけだけど）
そんなことを考えながら見比べていて、ふと・・・
昨シーズンと今シーズン、このポーズの部分は、5秒から7秒になっているの。
ここは言わずと知れたフリーの深呼吸（？）後半に備えて一息入れる部分なわけじゃない。
魅惑的なポーズに心を奪われているけど、ここで結弦君は深呼吸をし、酸素補給をして後半に向かう。
そこで、約2秒増えた背景は、4Ａだろうなってまず思って。
4Aは、他のジャンプより当然エネルギー消費が激しいから、ここで十分に酸素供給して、筋肉疲労回復をできるだけ効率的にってことで2秒増えたんだろうな。
そのまま立っていたら、演技の流れが止まってしまうので、右手の動きを入れることで、流れを維持させる。
First, just admiring the pose, yeah, it looks so cool and nice, but since it’s Yuzu’s pose, Sarah started thinking that there must be deep meaning in it, that’s Yuzuru Hanyu.
Comparing, found that this season’s pose is two second longer,
2020’s 5 sec. but 2021 7 sec.
No need to tell though, this pose is to take a short break to prepare himself for the latter half, well, with his enchanting pose, we totally forget about it though.
Why two sec. longer? Oh, since 4A needs more energy that any other jumps. Yeah, he needs a bit longer break to regain power, recovering from exhaustion, maybe.
And with the pose of holding a sword (Sarah believes so), while taking a break, he keeps the flow of the programme, making it as part of the drama.

この時のポーズが刀を構えるようなポーズ。
勝手な発想だけど、でも、もしそうだとすると、武神さまにとって刀は、精神の象徴、またやはり日本人的には刀は神聖なイメージがあって、その刀を見るポーズで、呼吸を整えるだけではなく、なんか自分の命を懸けてこの演技をって気持ちをここで再確認しているようにも思えるのよ。
だから、単に肉体的な疲労回復だけじゃなく、前半で披露した心もここでまた新たにし、心身ともに回復した状態で後半に向かう。

で、そこで終わらず、さらにサラの妄想は、結弦君の分子に迫っていくのであった！
この神聖なポーズの瞬間に、結弦君は子供の頃に（ママに怒られながら）掃除機の狭いところ吸うやつで遊んだことが、無意識のうちに脳内によぎっているのよ。（と、決めつける！）
するとね、ここで、ホルモン分泌が起こる、それも、そうです幸せホルモン、セロトニン！
以前ね、演技前にプーさんのおつむ、つん！で、セロトニン分泌を促し、アドレナリン過多状態から適度なアドレナリン分泌状態にするって仮説を立てたことがあったけど、この小刀ポーズで、同様の効果を得ている気がするわけよ。
Moreover, well, since Sarah always wants to peep Yuzu’s deep inside, more dreams came to her mind.
Making the pose, Yuzu may also recall a lovely memory, when he was a little boy playing Samurai, holding a cleaner’s part thinking he was holding a sword, while getting scolded by his Mom.
Oh, lovely good old days.
Remember, when you face to something happy or comfortable, “happy hormone”, yes, Serotonin would be secreted.
Years ago, Sarah made a hypothesis that tapping Pooh’s head before he starts his performance, with this action, Serotonin would be secreted into his blood, and Serotonin controls over-excessive adrenaline to proper level.
The same effect the sword pose brings to Yuzu, Sarah thinks.
蛍の光のように一瞬蘇るチビゆづ君の姿、この光が結弦君に幸福感を感じさせ、そして一気にセロトニンがすっ飛び出てくる。
なんかね、「ゾーン」に入るような状態を醸し出すと思うわけ。
ゾーンに入っている時って、ある意味エクスタシーのような状況に
心身が満たされていると思うわけ。
（なんか昔あった、あ、レベルは違うけど自分が体験したゾーンを思うとそんな気が）
その状態って、単にアドレナリンだけに支配されるからではなく、同時にセロトニンが作用し、調和され幸福感に満たされた興奮状態？（あ、またわけわかんないこと言い出している！？！）
あの刀ポーズで、結弦君は意識的に？もしくは無意識のうちに、単に息を整え酸素供給するだけではなく、超スーパーアドレナリン状態から、ちょっと落ち着いて後半の演技までしっかりコントロールできるようにする精神状態を分子レベルで実施しているって思えてくるのよ。
Sarah hypothesises that with that pose, his good old days flashed back, and while feeling warm lovely days, then Serotonin appears.
Well, it’s just according to Sarah’s experience of being into a ZONE, it was somewhat very excited but at the same time feeling very comfortable or happy, somewhat, it shall be called as “ecstasy“?
It means probably, the states of being a zone is not only being affected by Adrenaline but also Adrenaline should be best controlled, for it probably, Serotonin must work.
So, with that sword pose, Yuzu may consciously or subconsciously have a moment to not regaining physical power but also control his hormone secretion, and both physically and mentally being ready for the latter half.
この効果ってね、結弦君だからこそある効果だとも思うわけ。（ってか、全くの妄想だけど）
やっぱり、結弦君の心って「侍魂」？「武士道」？そういうのがあるじゃない。
礼に始まり礼に終わる。
そして、負けず嫌いのチビゆづ君の存在、同時に、これまでの数々の（特に震災・・・）どん底からの這い上がり、オリンピック二連覇という偉業の達成で味わった幸福感。
あの刀ポーズで、侍魂で精神統一し、心にフラッシュバックするホタルの光のような思い出の相乗効果によって、心身ともに完璧にコントロールする力を復活させる。
たった2秒の刀のポーズ、でも、その2秒で結弦君の分子レベルは宇宙レベルの働きをしていると勝手に驚いているサラでした。
This effect can happen only for Yuzu. (well, however everything is Sarah’s hypothesis, dreams though)
Since Yuzu loves Samurai castles so as he respects Samurai way, like when he enters or leaves a rink he surely bows, that manner came from Samurai way, as well as Japanese martial arts.
At the same time, Yuzu has extraordinal experiences, suffered by the Disaster, however becoming the double Olympic Champion, while having lots many difficulties, at the same time, he’s always with Yuzu the little who is the most competitive boy in the universe.
So, making the sword pose, Yuzu may feel Samurai spirit, then recalling his past including his boyhood, all these make a synergic effect and although it’s just two seconds, his molecules work tremendously, and be perfectly ready for the latter half.
ってかね、表彰式後の「繋がろう」で、結弦君が刀ポーズをしてくれたけど、それを見ても、やっぱり、あの2秒は、絶対に結弦君にとって4Aを入れた完璧演技のための今回のキーポイントって思えてしまうんだっちゃ。
Well, remember, after the victory ceremony, Yuzu delivered a comment and then showed that sword pose, well, don’t you think for Yuzu that pose is a special one, and maybe he was (again, Sarah’s dream though) telling that the pose is the key for the success of a perfect performance with his 4A.
