こんばんは羽生結弦です。今回から皆さんの心とお肌のためにお話をする時間、「羽生結弦のみやびやかなひと刻」が始まりました。皆さんと一緒に同じ時間を積み重ねていきたいと思いますのでどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
さて第一回目の今回は、ジメジメした湿気に負けないお肌のケアについて伺ってきました。皆さんを勇気づけるお話ができたらと思っています。それでは短い時間ですがお付き合いください。

Good evening, I'm Yuzuru Hanyu. This is the staring of "Yuzuru Hanyu's Graceful Moment" to talk about something for your mind and skin. I hope I will accumulate time sharing with you.
For the first time, I would like to encourage you to keep healthy skin in this hot and humid season. Although time is limited, hope you'll enjoy.

高温多湿でスキンケアにも悩みがちな時期ですが、「何ひとつ妥協しない」というテーマで今回はお送りしております。僕はフィギュアスケーターとして常に妥協せずに頑張ってきたつもりですが、いかがでしょうか。「ここを妥協してたなぁ」といった声があれば辛いけれど聞いてみたいです。本当に強いこだわりを持って滑ってきました。きっと雪肌精みやびも同じように強いこだわりが詰まった商品なのではないでしょうか。
あ、日常の本当に些細なことなのですが、ゲームとか勉強もなのですが、ここまでできるまでやると決めたら絶対にやめられないんですよね。それのせいで寝不足になったりもします。気をつけないとダメですよね。ある程度は妥協できるようになりたいです。でも、だからこそ成長できたこともたくさんあったと思います。
In this season due to the humid air, our skin easily have troubles, the theme for today is "uncompromising". Myself too as a skater I always work uncompromising;ly. What do you think? Is there any moment you thought I compromised? If so let me know. However, I always have strong wills in my mind whenever I skater. Probably, Kekkisei too, like my skating, lots uncompromising efforts are in the product.
By the way, my personal matter though, I decided "up to this, that's all I will stop" when I play games or study, but always can't stop. And become sleep deprived. I have to be careful. Sometimes, we should give up in the middle too. But keep doing, with this atetude, I think I could develop myself lot.
さて何ひとつ妥協しないということは少し苦しそうに感じることはありますが、必ず成長できます。とういうことで、「羽生結弦のみやびやかなひと刻」いかがでしたでしょうか。僕も皆さんと同じように日々の積み重ねを怠らず妥協のない姿を見せられるように過ごしています。暑さが増していく時期ですが体調管理にも気をつけてくださいね。（略）
