In some of shrines of Shitoism, in this season "chinowa (cogan grass ring)" is set, in Mishima Grand Shrine too, just they set it, and will be there till the end of this month.

It's a ritual event, twince a year they set it, in June and December.

Sarah's old father asked her to do it on behalf of him, well. . . not sure the god will protect her father too, hope so though.

Looking up while goting through the ring, oh, the moon was in the Yuzu-blue sky!!!
なんかね、いつも大社に来る時って曇り空が多いんだけど、すっきりきれいな結弦空の日でした。
Somehow, mostly when Sarah visits the shrine, the sky is covered with clouds though, on this day, it was the beautiful Yuzu-blue sky!!
茅の輪の神事は6月30日に行われるとか。
They will have the the ritual ceremony of the Ring on 30 June.
