Full version. Besides other media's reports Yuzu was mentioning "On the way to/from Worlds, at the airports or other places too, really very few people, so it means lots people still can't work properly due to this situation."

そして、AERAのブライアン・インタ、後半も公開になったよ。
昨日、ブライアンのインタ、後半の話題をしていて、実は、もう一か所、話題にしたかったところがあったんだけど、ちょっとその部分、あれこれごねごねごねたくて、別記事にしよっと！ってことで、今日は、そのごねごね（サラ！日本語になってないけど！）
Yesterday, a bit talked about Brian’s comments delivered after Worlds, and one more part Sarah would love to talk about, so today’s topic is the second part of AERA’s interview to Brian.
昨日、チーム・ハニューのオリンピックに向けた心理戦（と、勝手に思い込んでいる）にわくわくしたところで終わったけど、あの部分の前にブライアン、興味深い発言もしているのよ。
「五輪というのは、「前年の世界王者」というタイトルが、必ず心理に影響してくるものです。私は1987年の世界王者として88年カルガリー五輪に金メダル最有力候補として臨みました。「有力」と「最有力」のプレッシャーは全然違います。」
で、この続きが昨日の「結弦は、ソチ五輪では・・・」と続いているのね。
このブライアン法則から考えると、今、「最有力」となったのはN君なわけよね。（あ、今日はね、某国のごねごねロビー活動がどうとかって話題は触れずに進みます！・・・何のこと？あ、よくわからない方、お気にされませんように！心の平和のためにも！😁）
でね、考えてよ、（いくら、見た目冷静沈着な彼・・ってか、むしろ冷血？おっとぉ、失礼いたしましたm(__)m）N君はオリンピック金メダル～！ってプレッシャーを（あ、とは言え、結弦君のように「国民」からの期待じゃなく、ごく一部の関係団体からに限られているけどね・・・お～い、なんちゃら、かんちゃら、かっこ書き、多すぎ～！）背負っているわけじゃない。
Brian also said; “For Olympics, the title of World Champion obtained the previous year would affect psychologically lot. With the title of 1987 World Champion, I participated 1988 Calgary Olympics as the likeliest winner. Just being expected and “the likeliest winner” there’s a big difference.”
And Brian talked about Yuzu, which we reviewed in this blog yesterday.
According to Brian’s law (?), now the likeliest winner is Nathan, even though, Nathan looks so calm, (or unfeeling? oops, sorry), now he has the pressure of “Olympic Gold”.
なんかね、（サラの妄想結弦君だけど、結弦君がどういう気持ちでインタビューの言葉を発したかは、結弦君のみ知るところ！）結弦君は、これまでの戦いで、確かにN君はジャッジからポイントをもらえるジャンプやスケートができる（これ、美しく、高度な技術でのジャンプやスケートとは、今はかけ離れてしまっているけど）って認めていると同時、正真正銘冷静沈着な結弦君は、N君の心理的な弱点とかもしっかと分析していると思うわけよ。
（それにしても、メインの文章よりかっこ書きが多いって・・・あはは！やっぱ、本音は控えようって思いつつ、ついつい飛び出してきちゃうってことさ！）
さて、その辺は、昨日の話題の延長線上って感じだけど、当時のことは、後に伝えられたことしか知らないけど、ブライアンはオリンピック史上初！3Aを成功*させるも、きゃっ！今、話題のSOI！スターズ・オン・アイスを立ち上げたスコット・ハミルトンにサラエボで負けちゃったんだよね。で、次のカルガリー・オリンピックで、「最有力」と言われたいたけど、「ブライアン対決」となり、もう1人のブライアン・ボイタノに金メダル持ってかれちゃった。ボイタノは、その前の世界選手権では2位。
（*2Aの公式成功は、1948年バトンじいちゃん。3Aはヴァーン・テイラーが1978年に。ブライアンは「オリンピック」で初3Aを跳んだ人。）
Probably (well, just Sarah believe so, no evidence nor proof) although Yuzu recognise that Nathan can jump and skate which can accumulate lot point (it doesn’t mean his jumps and skating are beautiful and with quality skills) Yuzu can also analyse Nathan’s mentality.
Oh, by the way, let’s see Brian’s career. According to reports and Wikipedia, although Brian successfully landed 3A*, for the first time in Olympic history, the gold winner of Sarajevo Olympics is Scott Hamilton who established “Stars on Ice”. Then in Calgary, as Brian said, he was the world champion at that time though, he was defeated by Brian Boitano. Brian Boitano was the silver medallist in 1987 Worlds.
(* 2A was landed by Dick Button in 1948, then 3A was Vern Taylor in 1978, for the first time in the history though, in the Olympic history, Brian is the first skater landed 3A in Olympics.)
なんかね、オリンピックには魔物がとか言われるし、何よりも4年に1度（ってか、東京、どうなるんだろ・・・💦）という、特別なピーキングを必要とすることや、その歴史からのプレッシャー、本当に、オリンピックってアスリートにとっては、「特別」なんて言葉では言い尽くせない、超～特別なものなんだよね。（あ、どっかにいたね、特別感まったく感じずに、インタで寝ぼけていたお兄ちゃん・・・何者？？🤢）ってか、観る側からも、やっぱりオリンピックはめっちゃ特別だしね～！
フィギュアスケートに限って考えると、シーズン前半は、プログラムを進化させつつ競技に臨み、GPFチャンピオンを目指し、ナショナル・チャンピオンを目指し、で、シーズン最後のワールドにピークを持っていく。
このルーティンが四年に一度、使えなくなって、オリンピックとワールドの両方に焦点を合わせなければいけなくなる。
身体的なコンディションもメンタルも、特別にコントロールしていかなければならないわけよ。よく言われる、体内時計、これっておそらく一日の流れだけではなく、もっと長いスパンでも、生理的な流れが出来上がってくると思うの。それは、一流のアスリートであれば、よりはっきりと。それを四年に一度だけ、自ら崩さなければならない。
Often, it’s said that there’s a monster in Olympics, that’s why there are many unexpected dramas occurs.
Well, however, Yuzu is always stronger than the monster though! Anyway, it’s really special indeed. It’d be held only once in four years; it means athletes need to adjust their peeking specially. And It has a long history, this would be also a part of pressures. And not only for athletes, we sports fans too, it’s really special.
In case of Figure Skating, mostly, skaters would develop their programmes at the beginning of the season, then target at GPF, and Nationals then World, they control their peeks.
But one in four years, they have to target at Olympics and Worlds.
おそらく、技術的な部分（とか、因果関係？も？最近の傾向からは？？？）というより、やっぱり、オリンピックに対するメンタルの部分が、勝敗を分けるような気がするのよね。（はい、また、ここからサラの妄想ですよ～！）
ブライアンやPチャン（2013年世界王者）は、共に「最有力」のプレッシャーと、この四年に一度のメンタル・コントロールに負けちゃったタイプ？
メンタル・コントロールに勝ったものが・・・って、それだけでもない気もするのよ。なんかね、（ここまで、たらたらと綴ってきて、そこか！って言われそうだけど）オリンピックには、やっぱり魔物？ってか、オリンピックの神様がいる！
でも、それって単に「運」って思えそうだけど、「運」を引き寄せる何かを持っているかどうか。真央ちゃん（あ～！苦情が殺到しそうな気がする…💦）有力を言われつつも、わずかに年が足りずトリノ・オリンピックに出場できず、そしてバンクーバーでは（あれこれ、批判は出ているけど）なんか、ブライアンのケースのように銀メダルに終わってしまって、ソチでは（なんか、日本のソチの報道映像を後から見たけど・・なぜか結弦君より真央ちゃんがメインってのが多くて、なんで？って疑問を持った気がするけど）感動を与えつつも、結局はメダルに届かなかった。運命って言葉を使うのはよくないかもしれないけど、どこかオリンピックには、特別な「何か」がやっぱりあって、それを制す「力」？があるかないか。
So for Olympics, probably not only techniques (well, there are also many things effected by relationships etc. . .💦), but the mental condition, and desire to win in Olympics must work a lot.
(well, Sarah is just talking freely her personal opinion, rather like her dream, do understand it!😁)
Brian and Patrick Chan (2013 World Champion) were defeated by the pressure of “the likeliest winner” and couldn’t control their mentals adjusting to Olympic special.
However, just controlling their mentals well, then can they be the gold medallist? Well, no, not like that, maybe.
Yeah, since there’s Olympic monster!
Well, kind of “fortune”? or “destiny”??? Can’t express properly though, however only a few of top athletes can have something special, well, special mental power? or spiritual power????
For example, although Mao Asada was strongly expected to participate Turin Olympics, she was not eligible age, just some weeks missed. Then in Vancouver, like Brian in Calgary, she was defeated by the pressure, maybe. And in Sochi, although her Free performance impressed people however she could not get a medal.
“Destiny”? or “monster”? whatever, there must be something special there realy.
プレッシャーってことを考えると、結弦君のピョンチャンは、単に「最有力」というプレッシャーだけではなく、怪我からの復帰、そして結弦君の心には「震災復興」という、巨大なプロジェクトも抱えて、もう1人のアスリートとしてのプレッシャーをはるかに超えるものを持っていたわけでしょ、でも、それにも勝てた。それも大事なジャンプ着氷の「右足」は、完治していない状態で。
あの！内村さんさえもが、3か月何をしていたんですか？っと驚くような、ピョンチャンでの結弦君。
「勝つためのオーラをまとってらっしゃいました」
これよ！結弦君には、そんな風にしか言い表せないような、「何か」が、特別な時にしっかりと備わる！そんな不思議な「何か」がある人なのよね。
Then thinking about “pressure”, oh my goodness, when Yuzu was in PyeongChang, the pressure he had must be extraordinal!!! Not only the pressure as “the likeliest winner” but the pressure of recovering from the injury, and oh dear! Yuzu has been holding the huge pressure to be the “light” of the disaster rehabilitation! His pressure was beyond the pressure of just an athlete. And actually, the most important “right foot” which is used for all jump-landings was not cured properly.
Even the double Olympic Gold medallist of Gymnastics, Mr. Uchimura wondered how Yuzu prepared.
Really, Yuzu had something special at that time. Yeah, as Uchimura said, “the aura to win GOLD!”
Such special and mysterious power, Yuzu has.
結弦君は、「オリンピック金メダル」は目標ではないとはっきりと宣言。これってね、ある意味で、ピョンチャン前の「怪我」に匹敵する気がするの。
（サラの妄想ですよ！もう一度宣言しますが）
3Aをオリンピックで初めて跳んだブライアンは、おそらく3Aで金メダルを狙っていたんだろうと思うのよ。でも、その気持ちに負けてしまった。
でも、結弦君・・・「金メダル」を捨てたことで、もう金メダルに対する自分の心に負けることはなくなったわよ。
やぱいっす、こういう時は、思いっきり自然体になっちゃって完全にすべての「力」を自分の糧にする能力のある（？？）結弦君は、無敵になるのです。
Now Yuzu declared that the Olympic Gold is not he goal, but landing 4A,
Well, this declaration is just like Yuzu’s decision before PyeongChang.
Brian, who successfully landed 3A in the Olympic for the first time in Olympic history, however defeated by his mind which must be strongly wishing the gold medal.
But now, Yuzu already abandon the desire to win the Olympic Gold, oh my goodness, now he will not be defeated by his “desire”, already he won his mind.
Well, now Sarah really expecting Yuzu will be really the strongest. (or already he is!!)
When he could concentrate himself fully, he can get power from the nature too, yeah, he can create another spectacular drama!!!
