お勉強のこと、去年のNHK杯でも、結弦君、話してくれたよね。
Yuzu mentioned about his study in an interview held just before EX of NHK trophy.

なんかね、学歴をつけるために入学したんじゃなくって、
学びたくて入学したんだよね。
それもスケートのためにより多くの知識を得たくて。
どこまで純粋なんだろうね～！
Yeah, Yuzu entered Waseda to gain his knowledge, not only
for adding his academic career.
And wants to utilise his knowledge for his skating!!!
Really, he loves skating so much!
スケートと同じだね、お勉強もこつこつ、こつこつと・・・
でも、確実に実になるように、じっくり、しっかりと！

like his skating, his study too,
