今期の四大陸開催が予定されているオーストラリアだけど、太平洋州（現状はニュージーランド）からの参加もあるオーストラリア選手権は、中止が決定されていて、不安定な現状を考えて延期の可能性もないとのアナウンスが出ていた。

延期の可能性がないってことは、四大陸も中止か、実施するのであれば代替え国でってことになりそうね。たしかメルボルンは、コロナ第2波で現在ロックダウン中だよね。
いったん収まっても、次がどうなるかわからない状況だし、こういう早め早めの決断が選手思いといえるんじゃないかな。

ちょっと深刻なニュースが続くけど、昨日、庄司智春さんって方のビデオを見ていたんだけど、（漫才師なのね、知らなくて・・誰？って調べたわ！）なんか、退院はしても、本当に完治までには時間がかかるんだとよくわかるし、それに精神的なダメージからの立ち直りにも相当な時間がかかるんだろうな・・って、思いながらお話を聞いていたの。
