暑中お見舞い！ Hi, there!
すっかりすっ飛んでいたわ！
（言い訳？）長梅雨だったり、コロナ恐怖とか・・で、ね、ふと気づいたんだわ
明日から立秋じゃない！？おお、「暑中お見舞い」今日しか言えない！
According to the East Asian lunisolar calendar, tomorrow is the first day of “Autumn”, oh my gosh! since we had extraordinary long rainy season this year, besides, every day worry about COVID 19, totally forgot about the season. . .
カノコユリって「七夕百合」とも呼ばれるとか・・・
七夕さんだね・・仙台。お祭りは中止💦でも、願いは届くよね、おっ星さまに！
そうそう、三島もね、わ～ん💦大社のお祭り中止がとっくに決まっていて。
そうだ、だからだ！
いつもは、4月ごろから、夜な夜な、あちこちの町内で「シャギリ（お囃子）」の練習が
始まっているけど、今年は、静～かな夜が続いているから、なんか、
めっちゃ暑いけど、「夏」という意識にならないのかも・・・
Brilliant Lily, it’s also called “Tanabata (Star Festival) Lily” in Japan.
Oh boy, tomorrow is Sendai Star Festival Day, they have festival event for a couple days though, this year, all events were cancelled.
Well, but still we can wish upon the stars!
Yeah, many festivals we have in Summer but mostly they are cancelled, so as our biggest event here, Mishima Grand Shrine Festival. . .
Normally, people start preparing for the festival sometime around April, but, nothing is going on this year, feel so empty. . . .

Well, however, quietly we can offer our prayers for festivals. . .
By the way, these flowers look like lilies and got name of “Pink Lilies” though, actually they are not a family of “Lily”. (Lycoris squamigera)
こちらさんも一見ユリのお花のようだけど・・・

They also look like “Lily” but actually not, Crinum moorei.
半開きの花びら、ちょっと地味な雰囲気だけど、こちらは、れっきとした「ユリ」
ウバユリ
あのさ、サラ、初めてウバユリに気づいたの、青葉山だったんだよ！
なんか、かわったつぼみって眺めて、後で調べたら「ウバユリ」だった。
These flowers are already fully bloomed, they look so modest, but this one is a real “Lily”; Hearleaf Lily.
Sarah met them first in Aoba-yam hill in Sendai, where the Aoba Castle ruin locates, and near to the place Yuzu’s monuments are.
Ah! would love to visit Sendai. . . .
