ハスとスイレン、家族でもないけど、どちらも水底に根を張っていて・・
Lotus and Water Lilies, they both grow in water
ハスの葉っぱって「ロータス効果」と名付けられているほど、完全無欠（？）の撥水効果があるけど、スイレンの葉っぱはお水をはじかないのよね。
Lotus leaves repel water perfectly, but not Water Lily’s leaves.
でもさ、見ていると、賢いなぁ植物って思うのよ。
However, don’t you think they are really smart!?
大雨の被害・・「お水」で私たち生きているけど、今のように猛威を振るわれてしまうことも・・・
Now we are suffered by heavy rains every day. We need water to live, but like now, “water” also suffers us, often kill us. . . .
ハスはさぁ、きっとすっくと水面から茎をのばして葉っぱを広げ、そしてお水をはじくようにして、
生き延びる道を探したんだろうね。
Lotus, they grow from water and have leaves and flower above water, repelling water, they found the way to live longer.
スイレンは、水面に浮かんだまま、お水もはじかない・・でも、
葉っぱに切れ込みを入れて、お水のはけ口を作った！
Water Lily’s leaves can repel water but they cut a part of their leaves to make a way for water to move away.
どんな逆境も、あるがまま受け止め、そしてその中で、生きる術を高めていく・・・
Plants accept any adversities as they are and facing them, they evolve themselves to be stronger.
