ひらひらと落ちてきた花びらしか手に取れないの！高嶺の花？
Beautiful colour-combination, isn’t it? Purple, white and aaah! Sendai-green! They look beautiful but the tree is very tall, so, only petals on the ground can be touched. . . flowers on lofty heights!!!
高嶺の花、センダンです。秋にはずんだじゃなくって大豆みたいな薄茶色の小さな実が
た～くさん生って、ヒヨドリさんがたらふく食べているの。千個のお団子のように
たくさん実がなるから、センダンって公園管理のおっちゃんが言っていたっけ。
