夕べから、話題になっている、で、今朝、マッシミリアーノさんのツイートもちらっと張り付けたけど、ややこしいけど、もうちょっと2020-21シーズンで適応される予定のルールの話題。
基本は、これまでのルールで（とは言え、守ってないかったじゃん！）で、ジャンプの得点や減点の根拠とか、スピンのレベルのつけ方などなどでの変更や、詳細化がされたという感じなんだけど。（やったって、守ってくれなきゃ意味ないけどぉぉ！！）
まずは、全体のガイドラインがこちらに（英文PDF）、できればこれを見ながら、以下の説明（あくまでサラの解釈です。近くJSFが正式和文を出すと思うけど。）を見てもらうと分かりやすかも。基本的にどのページも変更（追加）に下線が引かれているので、ここでは、その部分のみ触れていくね。
Yesterday, ISU released the communications in which information on rule changes for 2020-21 season indicated.
Basically, they follow the original rule however, there are score change in jumps, or some features for levelling are changed/added as well as changes/additional information on GOE, here’s site of the “Communications”, and today, in this blog, Sarah added Japanese in the changed/added parts of it.

ジャンプの得点の変更は、今朝も入れたけど、4回転のループ、フリップ、ルッツが、3つとも11.00と同じ基礎点になったこと、3Lzが（現5.90）5.30に下がるという変更が。
ループの基礎点が上がったことは歓迎だけど、4Loは跳べる人があまりいない現状を考えると、やっぱルッツより高くしてもいい気がするけどね～（注文の多い客？はは！）ってか、4Aはそのまま12.50、これは、絶対に15点ぐらいにしちゃってもいいよね～～！(貪欲？)
In the previous page, already mentioned though, the base values of 4Lo, 4F and 4Lz will be the same; 11.00. It’s welcomed that they increased the value of 4Lo though, considering the skaters who can jump 4Lo, they can increase more, don’t you feel so? And 4A!! it should be 15.00 or so!! (too greedy? ha! ha!)
