北海道のラベンダーはイングリッシュ・ラベンダーだけど、この辺は気候的に
フレンチ・ラベンダー、あ、ほとんど雑草化している源兵衛川のお花だから。
There’re some types of Lavenders though, they are French Lavenders (Lavandula stoechas), they are strong so, they are growing naturally along Genbei River.
紫のフリージア。花言葉は「憧れ」

マツバウンラン Canada Toadflax
英語の名前から分かるように北アメリカ原産のお花だけど、すっかり帰化していて、
どこでも見かけられるよね。
As its name tells, it is native to the North America though, here, they are growing as a naturalised plant, and commonly seen.

Don’t they look like the Sea Angels (Cliones)?
登り藤とも呼ばれる元気なお花、ルピナス
Growing up and up. . . cheerful flowers of Lupine (Lupinus)
なんと・・花言葉は、「どん欲」と「いつも幸せ」
And their languages are “Avaricious” and “Always Happy”
